During her job shadowing experience at Swartruggens Hospital in North West, a Soweto teenager gained first-hand knowledge of the world of doctors. Tshwanelo Mokooe now feels confident in her decision to pursue medicine after matric.

Tshwanelo Mokooe, 18, who matriculated from Forte Secondary School in Soweto, secured eight distinctions for Setswana Home Language, English, Mathematics, Life Science, Accounting, Business Studies, Life Science, and Physical Science.
