NHS obesity strategy criticised as services are cut

I love NHS, but it needs a cross party overhaul, it wastes billions. Unnecessary treatment, procurement, diversity management, translators. People need to take some responsibility for themselves, overweight people can chose from several diet organisations not funded by NHS

Don't blame the fast food outlets. Every now and then as a treat is fine but nobody forces you to eat there.

Losing fat is a mental battle that can be achieved by anyone without the NHS! Processed food is crap and cheap, ditch it! Eat a sustainable healthy diet full of fruits and veggies and exercise simplescience The NHS doesn’t need burdening with obesity!

Every street now has fast food outlets, coffee shops with cakes and buns and everywhere else with shelf filled with crap. You go into Tesco and hardly anyone is near the veg/fruit racks just trolleys full of ready meals. More and more battery scooters with obese people in them.

Park Run is free. Less food costs less money than more food. YOU DON'T NEED SHIT LOADS OF INVESTMENT TO GET FAT PEOPLE HEALTHY.

Unlike her calorie intake!

No-one's strategies should be criticised EXCEPT for those people who can't keep their over-eating under control. It's very simple.

The NHS is there to help the genuinely sick, not those addicted to fast food. They should be helping themselves.
