Hey, you know, there are plenty of people at the southern border who could work as caretakers.
I quit nursing 2 years ago due to terrible working conditions. From horrible management to no supplies to staff shortages. It was a nightmare. Fix the environment and that will help a lot.

Maybe lower costs for college tuition, pay people higher wages, offer more training for entry level and stop the catch 22 of 5 yrs experience for entry level degree jobs, and better work days/shifts, then these careers won't be in a labor shortage to get more people to the field
