I used to have an eating disorder and avoided carbs and higher energy foods like the plague. I now eat a lot of pasta with veg (as I live on a low income) and my weight is still healthy, thankfully, and I feel full.

. BUSHIT PASTA is the enemy to diets. DO NOT EAT IT. Do not eat carbohydrates and sugars if you want to lose weight. Your body only burns body fat if there are no sugars/carbs in your blood. I'm not sating eat less pasta - I'm saying don't eat ANY pasta (carbs). .
