LeftHandStu The Soviet Union used the same supply management formulas to manage their economy as Canada uses to centrally command health care. We formulate spending on nurses, doctors beds surgeries procedures hospitals etc to prevent patient access. We can't use what they don't supply.
LeftHandStu I sat on a hospital fiscal advisory committee once and refused to sign off on a report where I thought there were discrepancies and inconsistencies. I was a token member and it was approved without me but believe there's definitely creative accounting from the very top on down.
