2023 is expected to be an eventful year for the Jacksonville area, with big plans on the horizon for many local businesses. As the year unwinds, we're sitting down with a range of business leaders to see what's on their minds.

I also want to continue the highlight around health care growth along with fintech, logistics and transportation. Extensive opportunity exists to recruit those companies to Northeast Florida. Economic development during crisis is not typical but thanks to the steadfast leadership of Aundra Wallace, we embarked upon a three-year capital campaign that seemed like a risk. Cities like Charlotte, Nashville and Tampa took a fundraising pause with the belief that no one would contribute.

You led the 2022 Chamber leadership trip to Nashville. What were key takeaways for you, and what do you think Jacksonville can learn from Nashville?
