Maybe a look at managerial ability, the 6 month rotation of junior doctors on 1st Jan not helping. Not cancelling elected surgery for first 2 weeks & fact that hospitals massively wind down over that period & most but not all back to work 2nd Jan.
The health system has been a disaster for years.

Becoming?… it’s been a yearly crisis, ya know, yearly.. the health service repeatedly being butchered by FF/G & Greens all funnily enough have been involved in successive governments since 1932… who was in Government in 2008 when c9,000 beds were chopped? oh yea FF and Greens.
