Provide better hours and ensure your staff actually know what they're doing.

Safe. Staffing. Ratios. Equitable pay. Mental health support. Physical health support.

Nope it’s NOT Burnout only! It’s distrust of a corrupt system. Tag your it! You have great docs & nurses who don’t want to lose everything they worked for for some punitive trumped up charge! Sick healthcare system indeed.

TBH, I'm curious why more researchfunding isn't available for investigating causes/interventions/etc. for healthcare worker burnout. It's very meta...investigate the mental health of the workers who provide healthcare. Seems like a potential area of interest for NIMHgov, e.g.

It’s not burnout. It’s induced illness and the mandates. Why not just be honest for once. It might also be the manipulated patient to worker ratio of 50:1. But what doI know, I’m not a meteorologist.
