Meghan Markle has always been transparent about the fact she spends a lot of time and money on her wellness routine.
She’s not had a break since marrying Harry in 2018, becoming a mum to two gorgeous children and moving back to the US. She’s also referenced her Cali way of life more recently on her Archetypes podcast saying: “I’ve done a lot of internal work - I’m from California, it’s in the water.”Meghan loves yoga so much she reportedly built a studio inside Frogmore Cottage.
She also told Women’s Health that yoga is "in her blood’" and reeled off the list of benefits she’s experienced including "greater happiness, muscle strength, decreased anxiety, and better sleep".
