. Don’t like ASMR, but there is a great need to evolve from masculine science’s obsession with cognitive approaches to focus more on autonomic nervous system balance, HPA axis, afferent vagus nerve microbiome, neuroinflammation, heart rate variability,tension in postural muscles.

Can’t stand ASMR. It completely creeps me out & I immediately mute any ad that employs it. So not only doesn’t it work on me, it has completely the opposite effect they’re looking for. & I know I’m not alone too!

Mental health royal commission overwhelmed by responseVictorians have flooded a major inquiry into the state's mental health system with submissions about the crisis in services for people suffering mental illness, including those at risk of suicide. Gee. If only we had hospitals specifically to deal with mental illness patients...oh, wait. I’m out hasty quest to ‘deinstitutionalise’ mental health patients we ended up leaving them to fend for themselves. Bring back mental health sanctuaries!
