I just made a campaign for medical funds because it takes so long for SSDI. With a young child, I have to choose between my medications or food. Barely making bills and can't make payments to the hospital bills I already have. This is with insurance, we are drowning

To everyone calling for single payer & “Medicare for all”: Health INSURANCE does NOT equal MEDICAL CARE. Do you really want ANY 3rd party controlling decisions re:your health? Medical decisions should be made between Physician& Patient only. We need to get 3rd parties OUT.

Some of them are probably scammers just playing to people's sympathies (Not all of them, but... it's plausible)
And that doesn't count traditional Fundraisers at local level-fire dept serving lunches of donated food for $5-10/plate or churches/other organizations having bake sales. Would you want to depend on a bake sale for your meds? How many cupcakes for insulin?

So we just call Single Payer 'GoFundMe for All' instead of 'Medicare for All' and it will pass?

Ok,so does any JOURNALIST want to do a report on ACA tragedy. Pre-Exist conditions got a well deserved victory but mid America & many others have been devistated! I know-health ins is my job! We all benefit for no PEC exclusion but not at the expense of no health care for most!
