A student is asking for help to pay her sister's medical bills, after she suffered a horrific accident while on holiday.
She has since found out she is not covered by her travel insurance and her medical bills could reach £50,000. On 7 December the couple hired a scooter for a day's exploring, but it skidded on some sand in the road, her sister Geneva Hoffman said.Jo suffered severe injuries, despite the fact she had been wearing a helmet. She also broke four discs in her spine and has hurt her arm.
"But time just ticked on as they vigorously checked travel insurance documents whilst I lay there waiting for treatment in agony," she wrote.

The horror of this crash and consequences of the crash this woman will have to live with us bad enough… But the heartless comments I’m seeing here, the complete indifference people are demonstrating shows just how cracked our society’s moral compass is. Shame on us

This is very intriguing as to why this is getting this much publicity, yes its tragic as to what has happened to her but millions of people suffer from server accidents everyday yet, for some reason this specific incident seemed new worthy for the BBC to cover it ?

She is fucked in one of those hospitals. My fiance came down with severe fish food poisoning and she ended up in hospital where doctors tried to force her to take alot drips, tablets, wnsted her to stay for 4 nights. Luckily our insurance covered everything but they try and get..
