The Department of Health advised the public to eat and drink in moderation during the holiday season, according to Cedric Castillo’s “24 Oras” report on Friday.

The DOH also reminded the public to take care of their mental health as the level of stress is “high” during Christmas. Meanwhile, some people said they are not limiting themselves from eating and drinking as long as they have regular exercise.
