Harrisburg University of Science and Technology will open two new facilities next month in the heart of Harrisburg that promise to attract both jobs and residents to the city, according to President Eric Darr.at 222 Chestnut St. The quarter-million-square-feet building, which has been in construction for more than two years, rises 11 stories and will mostly be used for HU’s health sciences, advanced manufacturing, and interactive media programs.
