just like corporations the governments allow monopolies, keep the number down keep the salaries up.

Where r all the doctors going? Some place must have an abundance of medical practitioners

Keep taxing high earners more then 50pc and they will just move to the states, and also get proper and functional private Healthcare.

We lose doctors because conservatives won't pay them what they're worth.
