author Dalia Feldheim has conducted extensive research into toxic femininity and has helped companies like Procter & Gamble develop sound policies to prevent it. However, Fedlheim believes that the only answer is zero tolerance and has identified these three steps companies can take to move in that direction:
Enforce leadership assessment tools. The only people who can determine good leaders are direct reports, so give them a voice by relying heavily on these tools. Assess and promote leaders as much for their people skills as for their business skills, only promoting those who have top ratings in both areas. From something as simple as providing feedback on a project to formally serving as another woman’s manager, control is being exercised. It’s important to remember that this position of power is a privilege. Ultimately, toxic positivity and Queen Bee syndrome can only be exuded when a womanput in that privileged position.
It’s like the workplace has an effect on people, and gender doesn’t make you immune.
No one is toxic. (unless they have toxic shock syndrome from not menstruating or not having IUD removed after 3 years) They are poisoned. Get the poison out because people aren't poisonous. Environments & lack of personal agency or communion in those environments are poison.
Ser mujer es un derecho, ser hombre no. ¡Eso es tóxico!☠️
Thing exits - women effected totally the most ever and it’s all toxic and HR said….. And they wonder why they don’t do well in business
The funny thing is, thatbif you wait your turn, they will replace that boss with someone from outside the office and it will be a man. You'll have endured all that abuse for nothing.
Only skimmed the article, but author looks hot.
Women shouldn't work. There's absolutely zero sense in working to earn money to pay babysitters. Also - the majority of women who do work prefer to have male co-workers and bosses (studies to prove these anecdotal claims are prohibited to conduct).
