A few weeks ago at Judo a little kid broke here arm, after calling it in as we couldn't move her off the floor because she was in agony we were told ambulance wouldn't come for that. We had to pick the judo mat up she was on and slide her and the mat into the back of a van.

Is there actually anyone left out there that believes the unions are doing this for any other reason than a political one. People seem to forget any pay rise is for life and will need funding year in year out and is not a one off. Yes give a fair pay deal but not rediculas ones.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. If nurses get a 18% pay increase, wouldn't that mean every NHS employee would be entitled to the same. Anything else would be discriminatory.

Our medical staff have the greatest need of financial help of all those on strike but this callous govt. are determined to destroy our NHS without offering an affordable alternative. They are prepared to allow the sick to go untreated or even die with no help at all.

It is in incorrect to use the term 'pay talks' as this is about more than pay. Same as with the Royal Mail this is about employment issues - conditions, hours, contracts and pay. 'Employment talks' is a more exact and honest term.
1% was an insult soo I DO hope 🙏 the next pay talks give a more respectful view / take on what our NHS stands for & gives us ALL in our time in need 🙏❤️🙌
