We can't forget the USA is a republic, with a democratic representative government. The process of electing our representatives is flawed.
All Democracy is flawed. President Trumps election wasn’t a flaw but a feature of the electoral college. Whether you loathe him or love him his election does not demonstrate a failing of our democracy.

To claim that the US has ceased to be a full democracy just because it elected Trump is beyond silly. For starters, free speech protections in the US remain stronger than in most (if not all) of the so-called “full democracies” in your graphic.
Democracy is sweet but doesn’t guarantee all right. Democracy has made Trump presidency in US and delivered Brexit in UK.
