Canada controls patient access by limiting nurses doctors beds surgeries procedures hospitals etc. Unions,associations, immigration, university admission etc are 100% in on the plan They are all pay-to-play socialist organizations...USSR economics 101...1963..They collapsed 1991 liberals keeps using that open door policy for immigrants and refugees....meanwhile our hospitals are still the same as they were 30 years ago. not against immigration however facilities need expansion to support the new population. including our infrastructure development.
