The confirmation comes after ACT Health on Saturday issued a public health alert over a case who attended the music festival on November 26.

If you suspect meningococcal disease, don’t wait for the rash – see a doctor immediately.”
Meningococcal is uncommon due to widespread vaccination and can occur year round but increased infections are often seen towards the end of winter and early spring.
You could also say 'teen dies after going to maccas for breakfast then to his mates house then in a car to a concert then to an after party then in a taxi then went home' but for some reason the concert is the only place he could have possibly picked up some pathogen
