There are several promising drug candidates to combat obesity, one of America's biggest diseases and contributors to mortality. Still, doctors have been slow to call obesity a disease, and insurance coverage remains skimpy.

Instead of approving weight-loss drugs, the FDA should crack down on high-fructose corn syrup and overly processed foods.

Preludin was so very effective in college. It was taken off the market as was Quaalude. Seconal was prescribed regularly for sleepless. See where I'm going with this. In a certain way, we were Victims until its effects caught up. Becoming Militant Won't Help Either. Happy Medium

Okay. I don't have any problems with their appearances, if it helps them feel better about themselves. FDA had GREAT diet pills when I was young. Very very effective.
