Police described Thomas Pringle as high-risk due to a medical condition which can cause him to lose awareness of his surroundings and become confused.
Pringle was last seen at approximately 12:20 p.m. Monday in the 3100-block of Douglas Street, police said in a news release.Pringle is described as a white man standing 6' tall with a medium build. He has short grey hair and is bald on top. He was last seen wearing a black bomber-style jacket with a welder logo on the front, blue jeans, black New Balance running shoes and a light tan Tilley hat.
Police released two recent photos of Pringle Monday afternoon, including one photo with the hat he was last seen wearing.
