Healthcare company Uniphar has today announced a deal to buy Dutch firm BModesto Group for a total consideration of €75m.

BModesto, a healthcare services business focused on improving access to pharmaceutical and healthcare products across the Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Europe, reported EBITDA of €7.7m in 2021.

Uniphar said that BModesto will be integrated into its Product Access division and will support the delivery of existing services into the strategically important European market. Ger Rabbette, CEO of Uniphar said, said that BModesto is a significant addition to the group, strengthening its Product Access offering in Europe and beyond.
