Elon is a control freak which could also be a condition of his Asperger. Yes he’s smart & wants to oversee & dictates! Many find hIm very difficult! question remaining is what is his employee turnover rate His personal character of bearing children everywhere is ignorant.

And your point would be that other business owners retain belligerent employees whose vision disagrees with their own? No, only a fool would not eliminate those who don't row in the same direction. Two of the prerogatives of an owner: hiring and firing.

So?! You agree with your boss about your job or you find another job.

That’s kinda how it works when you own something..you can do all you want🥸

Ummmmmmm he’s the owner with the vision, he has a right to walk anyone he believes isn’t a fit to that vision.

And how did Telsa do...business insider or eloninsider lol what a rag...german european owned...

This guy worked at Tesla 2009-2013. Clearly what Musk did was correct, or there wouldn’t be a Tesla.

Its a private company he can do whatever he wants

He has that right, same any other company or did you forget that part? There are many companies that just fire at will including yours.
