Yes, this clarification is desperately needed. So many people are panicking from confusion and misinformation. The latest Texas ruling has no effect on ACA at this point. Regardless of the position on ACA, we all need accurate information on this issue.
First of all it’s legally called the affordisble care act. It also protects those who have been turned down because of predetermined illness. It’s the mandate that has been challenged not the entire health plan. And what do the republicans have to replace it.
Obama care is illegal. Legal scholars have been saying that for months but no one listens. You can’t enforce an illegal act. It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
Nancy Pelosi famously said we have to read it to understand it... well we've read it, used it, and understand Obamacare to be the largest tax/mistake in US history. Sorry we had to lose billions to reach that conclusion.
After lying about its details, Obama swore Obamacare was not a tax. Yet the supreme court designated it as a tax to allow its implementation. Now that the individual mandate is gone, making it unconstitutional, the largest tax/mistake in US history should be discarded.
