Independent MLA Thomas Dang has pleaded guilty to a charge he faced under Alberta's Health Information Act.

Independent MLA Thomas Dang has pleaded guilty to breaching Alberta’s Health Information Act by trying to access private information contained in the Alberta Health vaccine portal.

A spokesperson for Dang confirmed the guilty plea to Global News on Friday but did not say if the MLA has received a sentence. Dang used to be an NDP MLA but left when the RCMP executed a search warrant at his home in December, in connection with their investigation looking into the province’s vaccine portal being hacked.

Sad Global refuses to ask the LEADER OF HIS PARTY what she knew Amateur hour and biased coverage as always by Glo-Bull......

Still no journalists are asking Notley what she knew about this

Read the court document. The RCMP had all the charges in there, the criminal charges. This is rules for thee at work.

No NDP MLA thomas dang has pleaded guilty. He might be independent now, but when he did it he was a NDP MLA. I am so sick of the constant gaslighting global does. You think we are stupid don’t you.
