Most industrial nations have universal healthcare there should be no excuse for the riches nation to not ensure proper care for Americans seem the government is too stupid to realize this a cheaper alternative.

As it should. Affordable health care is needed in the USA. The problem is that Obamacare isn't doing it. My relative who has Parkinson's had two policies cancelled after Obamacare, is now going uninsured with no health care and pays for his meds on his own.The system needs fixing

Judge clears the way for appeal of ruling against health lawA federal judge in Texas who recently declared the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional has stayed his ruling to allow for appeals. That means 'Obamacare' remains in effect while litigation continues. In a ruling issued Sunday, Judge Reed O'Connor in Fort Worth wrote that he stands by... naturally... They got to him! Pray for him to be strong! I don't understand why the government had to waste all that money on ACA that no one, but the affluent, can afford. Every state employee has the best and most affordable HC in place. All the Gov had to do was extend state HC to everyone. How hard is that?

Politicians Grapple With Response to Health Law RulingLawmakers in both parties began debating with whether to respond with legislation to a federal court ruling that found the Affordable Care Act to be unconstitutional, as Democratic attorneys general weighed legal action to challenge the judge’s decision. YEAH THEY ARE TORN BETWEEN PROTECTING THEIR WALLETS AND PROTECTING THE IRS! If the lawsuit were lost at SCOTUS, House Democrats could easily reinstate the tax penalty and attach it to must pass legislation. This is not that hard a problem. The smart politicians(there are at least several)know it is not about the insurance It is the high cost of health care, questionable tests and MRI,high costs of certain drugs, fraud on all sides I would like Medicare for all,but fear the costs sky rocket even more Obamacare

Yes, Obamacare is still the law of the land despite US court ruling striking it downThe ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Reed O'Connor of Texas doesn't block the ACA, for now, and will likely be appealed to a higher court. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said it will continue enforcing 'all aspects of the ACA.' Oh great! Not for long...Unconstitutional Trumpies - delegated to fading social media echo-chambers & circuit court judges who think they can get a better gig by showing Trump how stupid they are.
