PCOA’s last community needs assessment was in 2016, and a 2020 assessment was postponed because of the pandemic.
PCOA’s community needs assessment also includes a series of 10 community listening sessions and focus groups with community stakeholders. The anonymous survey is available in English and Spanish and can be taken online, in person, or over the phone.
