Kimberly Nesmith is a trichologist who owns Blue Sage Hair Wellness Salon in a neighborhood called Overbrook. She first started learning about trichology 30 years ago when she realized there was a need for the service in her community. She has helped over a thousand people who are dealing with alopecia and hair thinning by not only treating their hair with natural solutions but also helping them change to a healthier lifestyle.
She says 40 percent of women experience some type of hair loss and it could be prevented in many cases with a better diet, exercise routine, sleep, and reducing stress.
