After feigning a mental health crisis, streamer Tyler 'Ninja' Blevins has returned after time off to announce he'll now…

Prior to the announcement, some fans speculated that Ninja's exclusivity deal may have ended two years after he returned to the platform from Mixer. In fact, this return seems in-line withWhile fans will welcome Ninja's return, the streamer has been criticised for his handling of this announcement.

"There are big issues with mental health in the streaming community and using it as marketing is a stain on an otherwise intriguing plan," wrote Twitch reporter Zach Bussey. That said, Ninja approached this terribly. The poorly acted mental health crisis thing was stupid and unnecessary. Utterly embarrassing really to use mental health as a marketing strategy," said YouTube TheTacticalBrit.

Speculation 100%

Whatever you think about this guy, “feigned a mental health crisis” is a serious accusation that is not corroborated by anything in the article. I would hope that is better than abject speculation in the name of news.

Everyone: gotta keep on trucking. Ninja:

Who?

Ninja in a couple of years....

How can you tell whether it's feigned or whether he burned out a bit and felt better after a week off?

I hope you're happy that you've sent a bunch of hate to someone because they were *speculated* to be having a breakdown, then *speculated* to be taking one. Every influencer suffering MI is accused of faking or exaggerating until the damage is irreversible.

Eurogamer is becoming IGN so fast that I can't believe it. 🥹

Just ignore this guy. Just ignore. It is really simple. There are hundreds of better creators.

And yet we now give him even more attention when calling out his bad behavior, which is why tactics like this continue to work. Before anyone asks, no I don't have a solution, but I hate how stuff like this will continue because it's effective.

Imagine following Richard Blevins in 2022. lol, lmao

He should be fucking canceled

How OHFENSIVE! I am TRIGGERED!! Just kidding I don’t care because I’m not a big baby

well at least he doesnt have the ligma

As someone who suffers everyday with anxiety and hypochria I can say if this is real what a shame. If this is real dude deserves nothing. Mental issues are real and this is pissing me off. He deserves to be smacked. So I hope it's not.

what a piece of 💩

No one gives af about this bum

He literally never said he had a mental health crisis he said he was taking a break.

how did he go from looking 18 to looking 40 in a few years?

Only because his twitch views are crap now

How do you know it's feigned and what right do you have to say it is?

I've had that filth blocked for months

massoluk What a surprise, the pile of vomit is still a pile of vomit.

Only thing he feigned, was a skill issue. Then he rage quit 🤷‍♂️

His tweet never said it was for mental health. That was the fault of people speculating lol. He could have just outright said he was fine, but he never advertised mental health. If you don’t like ninja, just say it Eurogamer. Don’t make up lies.

Misleading and assumption. Do better.

Aren’t journalists supposed to present unbiased news without opinion? Disappointing move EGX - I expected much better.

Is that it?

I am in the middle of a metal health crisis, about to close it out, and my bra-less wife brings me a sandwich (not asked for) with chips as I get a double kill bot lane. So how is your day going?

he's still around?

I freaking knew it was just a stunt.

Can't he just piss off into the wilderness

You expected anything better from any of these losers?

Can’t believe a big time streamer/YouTuber/influencer did something shitty for clout. I am stunned.

Hey do you think you can revisit Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch and see how performance is after a year?
