No wonder we are not competitive but oh I forgot it's all China's fault

Everyone, whether pro or anti ACA, are avoiding asking the real question - why is healthcare in the US so expensive? The ACA was a workaround to that root issue. Our politics has known this for more than 30 years & avoid it like a plague. Sooner or later we have to address it.
