Quebec\u0027s anti\u002Dcorruption unit says former vaccination centre employee has been charged with fabricating info used to generate fake QR codes.

Because of the false information, those people were able to obtain QR codes attesting that they were vaccinated against COVID-19. UPAC says the woman is facing charges of breach of trust, producing false documents and fraudulent use of a computer. The police unit says the woman is no longer employed by the regional health authority serving Quebec City.
