Because of the false information, those people were able to obtain QR codes attesting that they were vaccinated against COVID-19. UPAC says the woman is facing charges of breach of trust, producing false documents and fraudulent use of a computer. The police unit says the woman is no longer employed by the regional health authority serving Quebec City.
