I went to elemtary school in the late 1970’s no air conditioning I remember it being very hot. We went to school regardless. It’s always hot spring and summer months.

As someone who works for a school district it’s definitely too hot to have kids outside. Having them inside is also a risk especially since there’s been blackouts.
