Whu?... NO - you don't just shelve it! What a nightmare that would create! Updating is fine - but starting over? OMG - a nightmarish thought.

Most mature tech is at least 5+ years old (you don't want to run a system on todays tech). So like to hear the actual concern is. Seeing Mr Habib is a med tech developer, he would understand there is no security guarantee in sec tech! JUST DONT PUT THIS STUFF IN A COUD DATABASE!

The current federal government is being urged to shelve itself People need an election.

Maybe they can rebrand it to MyHackableHealthRecord

Well considering it was Labor's My Health records and the Govt is trying to improve it perhaps a change of headline might be in order!
