Researchers studying prostate cancer have concluded one way to keep your prostate healthy is through high levels of sexual activity.

In a nutshell The study, published in the European Urology Journal by researchers at Harvard University, found that engaging in increased levels of sexual activity, both with a partner or solo, can help in reducing the risk of contracting prostate cancer.

Although researchers failed to determine why it has been postulated that it may be due to the flushing of toxins out of the system. “This large prospective study provides the strongest evidence to date of a beneficial role of ejaculation in the prevention of prostate cancer."
