A recent study by WalletHub ranked Texas as one of the worst states for women's rights when it comes to the workplace environment, political empowerment, as well as education, and health

was ranked the 9th worst state in the U.S. for women’s equality right between Alabama and Kansas, respectively.The report looked at key indicators of gender equality including workplace environment, political empowerment, as well as education, and health.

New Mexico took the title as the best state for women’s rights, while Utah was ranked the very worst.

I live in Texas, and was educated here. I taught school. I was hired the first week out of college. There is a shortage of teachers; because of low pay. There appears to be a shortage of workers, because many would rather sit and complain than work.
