The expansion will add an Ambulatory Surgery Center and a Cancer Center.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will expand its campus at 11555 University Blvd. in Sugar Land. The expanded campus, totaling 200,000 square feet, will be renamed Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Fort Bend Campus. Completion is planned in winter 2023.in a renovation and expansion that will bring new services and create the third largest clinic in its network.

The project, which will add a 135,000-square-foot building and a parking garage, will expand specialty care services and add an Ambulatory Surgery Center and a Cancer Center. The expanded campus, totaling 200,000 square feet at, will be renamed Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - Fort Bend Campus upon completion in winter 2023.

“We are excited to expand our Fort Bend location, which will provide even greater access to care for patients in the vibrant and growing communities of Fort Bend,” Dr. Tony Lin, chairman and CEO, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, said in a statement.

The expanded campus will have room for up to 75 providers in a variety of specialties. The facility currently has 35 providers offering a range of medical services. The Fort Bend campus, which provides comprehensive primary and specialty care for adults and children, will add capacity in specialties such as anesthesiology, orthopedic sports medicine, podiatry, orthopedic surgery, palliative care, spine, pain management, cardiology, pulmonary, urology, otolaryngology , audiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, ophthalmology and optometry.
