NT Police say 12-year-old LeShaun Dixon-Smith was last seen at the Yeperenye shopping centre on Monday.

Police are calling for help from the public to find a 12-year-old boy who has been missing for two days in Alice Springs.

LeShaun Dixon-Smith was last seen at the Yeperenye shopping centre on Bath Street on Monday August 15. In a statement issued on Wednesday afternoon, police said family members had searched the immediate area but were unable to find LeShaun.In the statement police said LeShaun requires medication for an underlying medical condition.

He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, with a skinny build and black hair, and was last seen wearing a Moran jumper, black shorts and black Nike shoes. Police have asked anyone who may have seen LeShaun or has information about where he is to call 131 444 and quote reference number 10090947.
