Burnout/Lack of staffing and people going to ERs for minor issues that can be treated at a clinic are the biggest problems
Issues are people/new immigrants are using them as a doctor office. Federal government should've kicking more funding to deal with this. Lack of family doctors is another problem. My opinion of the medical profession is pretty low so I best stop there.
