Vera who? Oh, I vaguely remember. It's the head of Ottawa Public Health who abandoned the community about a year ago, isn't she? She was asked: why not mask mandates? Her non-answer: No, we don't want to have a lockdown. The interviewer didn't say: That was not my question.
