Why not just keep the EU ones by staying in the EU?

Lets open the doors to NZ and Australia and lift the two year work visa to five years.

Can’t wait for the brexit racists to lose their tiny minds over this. “...but...but we voted to reduce immigration...why is (insert generic racial slur) my doctor?” 🤯

Many non-EU countries have excellent medical universities and very capable doctors, but this is not true for all non-EU countries. Brexit must not be the cause for any relaxation in standards when it comes to the quality of doctors recruited into the U.K.
