The event which brings together like minded people who want a healthier lifestyle got underway yesterday at Liverpool Exhibition Centre. FIT XPO is on all weekend, concluding on Sunday, July 3.
Guests can enjoy demos, workshops and a variety of competitions, including Strongman and Strongwoman, a CrossFit Battle of Britain, powerlifting and Mixed Martial Arts . Some of the biggest names in the industry are on hand to educate and entertain families this weekend, including former boxer Tony Bellew and reality TV star Rogan O'Connor.
The FIT XPO line-up also includes fitness entrepreneurs Phil Graham and Phil Learney, My Coach School founders Ben Haldon and Lucy Davis, Ultimate Fighting Championship competitors Molly McCann and Paddy Pimblett, plus former Mr Olympia Dorian Yates.
