All injured persons were taken to Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

Emergency services were alerted to the scene of the accident on Lochend Road in Easterhouse around 3pm this afternoon. READ MORE: Fireball crash between car and bus in city centre leaves five in hospital A Police Scotland spokesman said: "We were made aware of a crash involving two cars on Lochend Road in Glasgow shortly after 3pm on Thursday, 30 June.

"Emergency services attended and a number of people have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance." The crash comes after five people were rushed to hospital after a crash involving a bus and a car in Glasgow city centre earlier this morning - which saw the car burst into flames.
