jjmccorvey Customers aren’t willing to “accept surcharges” they have no option other than to walk … and this is not a new phenomenon. Next stop will be customers not frequenting restaurants, some restaurants going bust and then the consumer being begged back with low offers. 🤷♂️🙄
jjmccorvey A great lifehack: eat less, less often, and at home. Saves money generally. Saves calories. Trims you down & lengthens life. Saves 100% on such restaurant fees. Added bonus: those extra fees would disappear from restaurant bills overnight.
jjmccorvey Should just call them Biden Fees..
jjmccorvey Airbnb is doing the same with some hosts charging as much in service and cleaning fees as they charge per night. The hidden fees are quite effective.
jjmccorvey Would rather have this. When’s the last time you saw a restaurant lower it’s menu prices?
jjmccorvey Easier to charge people more if they don’t know what’s coming. Easier than charging 2 dollars more for every item.
