My nephew was born like that, but he proved the sceptics wrong he has grown up to be a decent young man with two kids and a job despite his parents. He spent his first year in a hospital it was heart breaking, but I didn't know what to do to help him.

Let's not just finger point at Scotland for a drugs problem, when only yesterday in Lincoln news many have just been jailed for selling heroin and cocaine. Broken education..Broken societies.
And they think it would be better with independence. I'd anything this story shows the level of dependence will just shift from England to heroin.
Blame the mums and not government policies. I see so many young mums smoking outside the maternity hospital (perhaps hours after a child birth) . Makes me wonder what’s the fault of that little one just born to be exposed to such an insensitive mother.

Need to get through to young people today that drug taking is wrong, they think it's on the same level as drinking and smoking so it's OK.... they also believe in a live and let live society.... no hope!
