Ontario reports an approximately 35 per cent week-over-week decline in COVID-19 hospitalizations

The Ministry of Health says that there are now 526 people in hospital with COVID-19, including 114 people in intensive care.

A number of epidemiologists and public health experts have said that transmission will likely remain low through the summer months, but could begin to rise again in the fall as more people head indoors. Over the last 24 hours 7.2 per cent of all PCR tests have come back positive. That is compared to 8.3 per cent at this time last week and 9.1 per cent two weeks ago.

Mask should still be required on public transit.

It's so good to know that this is finally leveling off.

The question on all of our minds is when can our Prime Minister send out military personnel to distribute vaccines to the alt right extremists who refuse to comply and put people at risk?

Why even report this on a daily basis now, honestly. Almost no one cares ...and more than half of the hospitalizations are not even for COVID and a sizeable chunk of ICU is the same.

Its time to remove mask mandates on transit.
