It sounds like a complete debacle. I would question though why anyone in their right minds would take a child to a football match in Paris.

They should be under investigation for failing to deal with the thugs and criminal gangs that targeted, attacked and robbed both Liverpool and Madrid supporters and infiltrated the crowds inside the ground.
