Harold had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2011, and passed peacefully at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross on Friday.

His funeral kaddish will be taking place on Tuesday, theAmy’s husband Brian O’Driscoll paid tribute to his beloved father-in-law on social media. Posting a picture of Harold, captioning it; “rest in peace to my lovely father in law Harold.”Celebrating Harold’s birthday on Monday, Amy posted a sweet tribute to her father.

Sharing a throwback photo of him, she wrote; “Happy 84th birthday today to my gorgeous kind courageous clever very VERY funny and all round total messer Dad.” “He’s taught me so many important life lessons, too many to mention, but most importantly how to stand next to an open car door like a complete and utter SLICKSTER.”

Continuing; “He’s also my fash icon and I’m just gutted he didn’t keep those flares TBH. Happy 84th birthday from all ‘the gits’.”
