A nutrition expert, Prof. Ignatius Onimawo, has urged men indulging in excessive alcohol consumption to kick the habit to protect their sexual health.

According to the nutritionist, excessive alcohol consumption harms male sexual health, noting that it can lead to a reduction in libido and premature ejaculation.

The former President, Nutrition Society of Nigeria, disclosed this during an exclusive interview with PUNCH Healthwise, According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, excessive alcohol use can interfere with testicular function and male hormone production resulting in erectile dysfunction and infertility.
