Give him his place back and sack those responsible. The man he has known all his life is no longer here to defend him, so we must. We all suffer loss and must be treated with compassion. That one act of unkindness could destroy a good persons caring nature...if he lets it....

Education institutions & workplaces need to be educated & trained on how to look after people suffering from mental health illnesses. They are constantly letting people down and exacerbating the illness.
